Shipping policy

In-stock items are usually shipped within 2-5 business days of placing your order. (many times much faster!) Please reference the product descriptions for better clarification on particular products. Please be aware that Covid-19 is having an impact on shipping and delivery and items may be delayed
Custom Items are typically shipped within 7-21 business days from the date of placing your order. Individual product descriptions will contain more specific time frames
Once your order is shipped, we will post your tracking number and immediately send a shipping confirmation with the carrier and tracking details.
Orders will arrive between 2-7 business days of shipment confirmation depending on the shipping address and the warehouse location.
Please be aware that some of our merchandise will be shipped directly from our manufacturers and not all boxes will arrive at the same time to your address. We sincerely apologize ahead of time for this inconvenience.
Galleyware orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Fed-Ex Home Delivery and USPS Priority Mail.
Please make sure that your correct shipping address is entered during the checkout process, in order to avoid costly address correction requests with our shipping companies and time delays.
Please double check to make sure that you have included the correct contact e-mail address and phone number with your order, in case we need to contact you for further information, or if our shipping company needs to contact you for delivery time.
Please make sure to check your shipping address on your order confirmation - we do need a STREET ADDRESS.
